Metro Vancouver has selected a 31-member committee to inform the review and update of the solid waste management plan.
Members of the Solid Waste Management Plan Public/Technical Advisory Committee were selected from a pool of 95 applicants. They represent a diversity of sectors and interests, and bring a variety of personal qualities, perspectives, and experiences to solid waste and recycling issues. The committee will be in place for the duration of the solid waste management plan update.
The chair and the vice-chair of Public/Technical Advisory Committee are the chair and vice-chair of the Metro Vancouver Zero Waste Committee.
